Mixland New Gen TBBS 75 G

This is a general purpose primary accelerator combining a fast cure with a delayed action. The product is very safe at processing temperatures, but produces high modulus compounds at curing temperatures. It is suitable for NR, IR, SBR, BR, NBR and EPDM. Rubber compounds containing TBBS have less scorch tendency than CBS, and can be more safely processed. Besides, the speed of cure is almost the same as CBS. It imparts excellent cured physical properties including the greatest tensile stress among the sulfonamide-type accelerator. In vulcanization, it readily disperses in rubbers. Recommended quantity is almost 10 % lower than CBS. It is normally used alone but can be activated by small quantities of thiurams, dithiocarbamates, aldehyde amines or guanidines in tire compounds or industrial rubber products.
