PE-40

This product is a 30% solids water emulsion of polyethylene. It is suggested as a release agent for molding a variety of rubber compounds including silicone and fluoroelastomers. It provides excellent release characteristics and is effective at low concentrations. There is no deleterious effect on the post finishing of parts molded with this release agent. The product can be diluted with water to any desired concentration. It is effective over a wide range of concentrations.
