Cilbond 10E is a one-component, solvent-based bonding agent that can be used for NBR, ACM, XNBR, HNBR, PVC/NBR, and ECO compounds, among others. It can also be used as a universal primer for Cilbond cover-coats, especially Cilbond 80ET.
