Mixland®+ TMTD 80 GA F140

Is used as an ultra accelerator or as a booster of multi-accelerator blends with thiazoles and sulphenamides, and as a vulcanisation agent (sulphur donor) in most of the sulphur cured elastomers. It gives fast vulcanisations and therefore short processing times (scorchy). It gives an excellent vulcanisation plateau with good heat ageing and compression set resistance for use in sulphurless vulcanisation and in EV systems. Excellent colour is obtained in carbon black-free vulcanisates.
