Silicone Emulsion 350

This product is a 35% silicone emulsion of a 350 centistoke dimethyl silicone fluid especially formulated for plastic and rubber mold release. It is economical and easy to handle and dilute. Working with concentrations between 0.2 - 2.5% usually provide optimum release efficiency. The product is formulated as a stable 35% silicone emulsion that contains a bacteriostat/fungistat preservative and a corrosion inhibitor to provide excellent storage stability as shipped or upon dilution. Silicones are recognized as having a very low order or toxicity and possess no objectionable odors. In addition to fast, easy release, other benefits of silicone emulsion release agents include high temperature stability, chemical inertness, low volatility, good lubricity and easy application.
